What are your shipping rates?


Shipping is easy with Ecotopia! All orders ship for $5.95 flat rate, no matter how many items you buy! And orders over $100 qualify for FREE shipping!


How soon will my order ship?


For all orders that ship directly from our warehouse, your order will ship in 1-2 business days. For items that ship directly from the manufacturer, items will ship within 1 to 8 business days (unless otherwise indicated on the product description), although most will ship within 2 days. All orders shipped from our warehouse ship USPS.


Do you ship Internationally?


At this time, we only ship to the Continental U.S.


Why did I receive separate packages?


In order to provide you with a larger selection of products, some items will ship directly from the manufacturer. This is also a more eco-friendly option, as your product will not ship multiple times: first from the manufacturer, then sometimes bouncing around to multiple warehouses before it reaches our warehouse, and then out shipping again to you, increasing greenhouse gas emissions and wasting fuel.


What’s with this packaging?


We strive to ensure the most eco-friendly means of packaging your items. We use a combination of shredded, recyclable paper and corrugated paper wraps, recyclable and upcycled plastic bubble wrap, and recyclable plastic bubble mailers.


We also reuse packaging that comes in from our manufacturers, including boxes (only great quality, sturdy, reusable boxes), reused paper wraps and shreds, and reused foam peanuts. We don’t love those foam peanuts, but we’d rather reuse them to make sure your items arrive safely than dispose of them. When you receive foam peanuts, most local UPS stores will gladly take them off your hands to reuse again!

 

Where's my packing slip?

Orders that ship directly from our warehouse will not include a packing slip. We do this to cut down on unnecessary paper waste. A product invoice will be sent to you via email after you place your order and can be printed if needed. If you need your invoice resent to you, send us an email and we'll be happy to send it again.

 

Do you offer free local pickup?

We sure do!  Local pickup is available for Knoxville, TN for any products listed with the "Free Local Pickup" symbol.  Click HERE for details.

 

What if my order was damaged by the shipping carrier?

Please send us a photo of the shipping damage along with your email, so that we can promptly resolve the problem and get a new order shipped out to you.
