I’m not in love with my product. What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase!
We offer a 30 day return policy on items that are UNUSED and in their original packaging. (Sorry, but for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bath and beauty products.)
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on undamaged items, and you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping to be issued an RMA number for your return. Please include your name, order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the return in your email. Products returned without an RMA number are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Since you are responsible for the items you ship back to us, we highly recommend that you purchase tracking or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages that you have returned to us.
But my product arrived damaged!
We will gladly accept returns on damaged products, and we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for your return. In order to receive a pre-paid return label, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product for an RMA number and label. Contact us at email@example.com BEFORE returning your damaged item.
Please include your name, order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the return in your email. If you have not contacted us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, we will still refund your purchase, but you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
What if my order was damaged by the shipping carrier?
Please send us a photo of the shipping damage along with your email, so that we can promptly resolve the problem and get a new order shipped out to you.
